SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Nomad Vanz. We are committed to getting your adventure gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Days: We typically dispatch parcels every Tuesday and Friday.
  • Cut-off Times: To ensure dispatch on a shipping day, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM the previous day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship nationwide across Canada using reliable carriers, primarily Canada Post.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

3. International Shipping (USA & Global)

Nomad Vanz proudly ships to the United States and select international destinations.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7 to 15 business days, depending on the service level selected and customs processing.

United States Shipping (DDP - Prepaid Duties)

We have streamlined our process for our US customers to ensure no hidden fees or "Postage Due" notices upon delivery.

  • Prepaid Duties: For all orders shipped from our North Vancouver shop to the USA, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
  • De Minimis Update: Following recent US customs regulatory changes (suspension of duty-free de minimis), all commercial shipments now require formal entry. By paying at checkout, we handle the customs declaration and prepay the duties on your behalf.
  • No Surprise Fees: Your order will arrive at your door with no additional customs or brokerage fees to pay.

International Shipping (Outside North America)

For international orders outside the USA and Canada, shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and local taxes incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  • Estimates: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the service level selected.

4. Oversized & LTL Freight

Large components such as suspension kits, side ladders and roof racks cannot be shipped via standard parcel services. These items require LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

Note: Freight shipping is quoted manually. If you are purchasing oversized items, please contact us at shipping@nomadvanz.com for a custom quote prior to or immediately after checkout.

5. Local Pickup

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop in North Vancouver, BC.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will receive an email when it is ready for collection.

6. Returns & Restocking

We want you to be happy with your gear. If a return is necessary:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
  • Final Sale: All custom-made items (e.g., Matz, Shadez) and sale items are final sale.
