SCOPEMA Sprinter 2019+ (and Metris) Seat Swivel

Heavy duty, low profile genuine seat swivel turntable for a Mercedes Sprinter models 2019and newer, complete with all mounting hardware.

The Scopema Sprinter van swivel seat base adapter allows the driver or passenger seat to swivel around for use as additional seating when parked in your RV, van or mobile office. They are an ultra low profile and will only raise your seat by approximately 1 inch. These swivel seat base adapters are a direct fit and built specifically for the 2019 and up VS30 Sprinter vans. This special US version swivel has been tested in the vehicle to United States FMVSS standards 207 & 210, and Canadian CMVSR 207 & 210.

Unlock maximum versatility in your Sprinter 2019+ (or Metris) with these industry-leading SCOPEMA seat swivels!

Made for both the driver’s and passenger’s side, these swivels are low profile, easily unbolted, and heavy-duty, featuring 5mm thick steel plates and Teflon stabilizing supports.

With the touch of a lever, the seat spins backward to face the cabin area. When you’re ready to hit the road, it spins forward and auto-locks in driving position.

This swivel base is a low profile at only 7/8" (23mm), very heavy duty and manufactured by SCOPEMA in France.

 

DOCUMENTATION

If you are experiencing unusual noise while operating the swivel after installation, this is often due to:

  • Offset pivot so you clear the door pillar without opening the door

  • Will work with heated seat option

  • Will work with seat air bags

  • Positive locking in the forward position

  • The driver seat swivel comes with a park brake lowering kit which is needed to swivel over the park brake handle

To resolve this issue, please review the correct installation method and apply lubrication.

Squeak and rattle

So sad, I researched for months and thought this was the best…what a sad disappointment. Also the handle was bent from shipping and the brake relocation piece was missing. Nomad was great to mail out the missing part but I’m still stuck with two faulty seat swivels for $1000 usd. Now there are much cheaper and better alternatives.

swivel for my 2020 metris

Product is easy to install! Only note - the way the electrical wires were mounted to the seat didn't allow the seat to swivel fully, without stretching the wires. Had to disconnect the mounts and reattach to get more reach.

well built tight fit

Tough to install but it fits without any modifications. The holes on the existing 2019 sprinter do not exactly line up with the holes on the Swivel.

What are your hours?

For pick ups: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm except for holidays. All other meetings are by appointment only.

Do you only uplift Mercedes Sprinters?

We build out custom conversions for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans only. We also sell a variety of overland and van related products at shop.nomadvanz.com

Do you work with American clients?

Yes, of course! The only caveat is that the van has to be a USA purchased Sprinter. We also ship all products available in our online store accrss the boarder int he US.

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 21 days from receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Soft goods and apparel must be unworn and all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, custom orders such as - Matz or Shadez, are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund/exchange is issued.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into our inventory. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

For Exchange orders please follow the same guidelines above from our return policy. Once your exchange order is received at our offices, we will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through Canada Post Standard shipping. If you would like your exchange order shipped through a different shipment method please note this in the comments section of the Return screen. Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.

If there is a price difference in the item(s) for exchange, a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer.

When your exchange order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification at the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless requesting otherwise. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.
