Returns Exchanges

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Soft goods and apparel must be unused with all tags attached.

Custom Made-to-Order Products & Canopy Racks

Because our Canopy Racks, Matz, and Shadez are engineered and fabricated specifically to your vehicle's unique dimensions, they are exempt from our standard 30-day return policy:

  • Non-Cancelable: Once your 1-on-1 consultation is complete, design specifications are approved, and your 50% deposit is paid, fabrication begins. At this point, the order cannot be canceled, and the deposit is completely non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: All custom-fabricated products are 100% final sale. We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.

  • Fitment Liability: Nomad Vanz is not responsible for fitment issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete vehicle data provided by the customer during the consultation phase.

Clearance & Sale Items

All on sale (clearance) items are final. We cannot offer refunds nor exchanges for any items, even if you ordered the wrong colour, size, or style. So please, double-check your choices before ordering. Please email any questions to contact@nomadvanz.com.

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, as well as when a refund/exchange is issued.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FEES NOTE: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and a mandatory 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. All original shipment fees are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued once your return has arrived and been accepted into our inventory. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation of your return. At that time, a refund will be issued. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

EXCHANGES

For Exchange orders of eligible standard items, please follow the same guidelines above from our return policy. Once your exchange order is received, we will follow up with an email confirmation, which will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee.

All exchange orders will be shipped through Canada Post Standard shipping. If you prefer a different shipping method, please note this in the comment section of the return screen. And allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.

If there is a price difference for the item(s) exchanged, a partial refund to the original form of payment, or request for payment, will be issued.

When your exchange order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information at the address provided on the original order. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file, unless requested otherwise. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.
