Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy for standard, stocked items lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If that timeframe has passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Custom Made-to-Order Products & Canopy Racks

Because our Canopy Racks (and any other custom-fabricated products) are engineered and built specifically to your vehicle's unique dimensions, they follow a separate policy from our standard inventory:

  • Non-Cancelable: Once your 1-on-1 consultation is complete, design specifications are approved, and your 50% deposit is paid, fabrication begins. At this point, the order cannot be canceled, and the 50% deposit is completely non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Custom-fabricated products are 100% final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Fitment Liability: Nomad Vanz is not responsible for fitment issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld vehicle data provided by the customer during the consultation phase.

Refunds for Returnable Items

  1. If you wish to return an eligible, standard product for any reason, you must email contact@nomadvanz.com prior to sending your product back to receive return authorization.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

  4. Special orders or third-party drop-shipped items cannot be returned unless defective, and the sole remedy will be a warranty replacement product if deemed so by the manufacturer.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

To return your authorized product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For larger items, a 15% restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from your final refund.
