Adventure Wagon MOAB Traverse Bed Sprinter

Welcome to MOAB—the Mother of All Beds! This system provides one of the lightest, strongest bed platforms available and will reinvent how you look at your sleep and cargo options inside your van. 

The individual telescoping panels provide the flexible mounting options at different heights and widths. They can be raised or lowered in seconds, or quickly removed to provide walk-through space in the cabin.

The panel widths are held in place by a gas strut that exerts 15 lbs of pressure onto the track system for a tight fit. The panels are also locked into place to keep them secured under load and movement. 

The Traverse Bed is recommended with Flarespace Flares

The Gear Rail provides securing points along each side of the bed to hold down your mattress, SUP, cooler, or just about anything!

To increase the flexibility of your MOAB, add the Mounting Rail Set.

The perfect addition to your Base Conversion Kit!  The MOAB comes with everything you need to install the bed along with your Base Conversion Kit.

Q: How does shipping work for MOAB?

A: Due to size and weight, MOAB must be shipped via truck freight on a large pallet. To minimize costs, we recommend shipping your order to a business with a loading dock and/or fork lift. 

If special delivery services are needed, such residential delivery or lift gate, additional charges will be incurred. Orders can also be picked up at Nomad Vanz headquarters, with advanced scheduling.

Domestic Shipping

When Will My Order Arrive? 

Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. Orders placed after 12PM PST or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

Any order that qualifies for free shipping will be sent via standard post in Canada. After leaving our warehouse, all deliveries will be made according to the carrier's procedures, therefore we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time.

Keep in mind that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays are common and unforeseen. Know that we’re also excited for you to receive your order! And we’re doing our best to ensure it arrives as safely and quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated.

Nomad Vanz cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If you need your order to arrive to you by a certain date, we advise you to contact us at shipping@nomadvanz.com prior to placing your order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. 

Nomad Vanz does not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.

International Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding foreign customs processing. All international orders that are shipped with Canada Post and USPS will have a tracking number so that you can trace your package during transit.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

Please refer to your country’s authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Taxes, rates, Customs tariffs, and other fees. Nomad Vanz holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Oversize Shipping

Oversized items cannot be delivered by standard shipping carriers, such as Canada Post, and must ship via LTL Freight.

Please email shipping@nomadvanz.com for rates and quotes on delivering your order. Be sure to specify whether the shipping address is residential or commercial, and whether a tailgate lift is needed (at additional freight charge.)

ROAMBUILT Roof Racks will ship using the Nomad Vanz White Glove Shipping Crate in order to prevent scratches and damage. For shipping quotes on your ROAMBUILT order, please email shipping@nomadvanz.com

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES & WARRANTY CLAIMS

*Please note that due to COVID-19 disruptions, you may experience delays with your return. We are continuing operations and will process your return / exchange as soon as possible upon receiving it. 

Return Policy 

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 21 days  from receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Soft goods and apparel must be unworn and all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, custom orders such as - Matz or Shadez, are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

To return an item please follow the directions below:

  1. Please visit our Nomad Vanz Return Center to begin the return process. Enter your order number and e-mail address associated with your order and click "Find Your Order". Once you have accessed the Return Center, please select the item(s) you wish to return along with the corresponding reason(s) for the return. A refund estimate will then be provided to you.
  2. After you have received an approval of your returns request:Pack all the returned items, along with a printed hard-copy of your purchase confirmation email, and a note specifying your RMA number, securely in a box. You can use the original box the items arrived in, or another box if preferred.

    3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund/exchange is issued.

    Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

    A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into our inventory. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

    Exchanges

    Please follow the above guidelines from our return policy for an exchange.

    Once your exchange order is received at our offices, we will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through Canada Post Standard shipping. If you would like your exchange order shipped through a different shipment method please note this in the comments section of the Return screen. Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.

    If there is a price difference in the item(s) for exchange, a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer. 

    When your exchange order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification at the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless requesting otherwise. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.

    Damaged/ Defective/ Warranty Claims
